What is deliv: a courier or a delivery app?
Neither, exactly: deliv is a same-day local delivery platform for independent shops. You book a delivery and see one price. We pick the carrier, watch the order to the door and keep your name on it.
Where do you deliver?

How is deliv different from Uber Direct, DoorDash Drive and Roadie?
deliv works with all of them, plus local couriers. A single app sends its own network's driver and puts its name in front of your customer. deliv picks the right carrier for each order, has a backup when one slips, tells you first when a delivery runs late, and keeps your brand on the experience.
Do I pick the carrier?
No. You pick the speed and see the price. We pick the carrier and take responsibility for getting it there.
Pricing and plans
How much does same-day delivery cost?
It depends on distance, lead time, the speed you pick and the vehicle size. You see the exact price before you book, a deliv Prime plan lowers it, and there is never a commission on your sale.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
Never. You pay your plan fee, if any, and the price of each delivery.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Plans are month to month with no setup fee. Your first On-Demand delivery is free.
What if a delivery is late?
You hear from us fast with a Delay Notice. Guaranteed deliveries that miss their window earn a refund automatically: 15%, 20%, 50% or 100% of the delivery price, depending on how late. ASAP deliveries get the same refund when checkout shows an On-time credit. You never file a claim.

Is my delivery insured?
$100 of coverage is included on every delivery.
Do I need my own delivery drivers?
No. deliv books drivers as you need them, so you skip the payroll, the vehicle and the sick days. Some shops keep a driver for regulars and send everything else through deliv.
Who is liable for the driver?
deliv's carrier network carries its own commercial insurance. You don't employ or contract the driver, so that cost and risk stays off your books.
How does my customer track it?
They get a tracking link by text or email, and a photo when it's delivered. With BrandTrack, all of it carries your logo.
