Same-day delivery questions.
What is same-day delivery?
Delivery on the day the order is placed. With deliv, a driver picks up at your store and drops off at your customer's door the same day you book, by 8 PM.
How does same-day delivery work?
You enter the drop-off, pick a speed and see the price. We book the right carrier, you and your customer track it live, and you get a photo when it's delivered.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, by scheduling it. Book today for a pickup tomorrow, and it is delivered the same day it is picked up. You can schedule up to 14 days ahead. Most customers still want it today: 96% of shoppers say fast delivery means same-day (Invesp).
How much does same-day delivery cost?
It depends on distance, lead time, the speed you pick and the vehicle size. You see the exact price before you book, a deliv Prime plan lowers it, and there is never a commission on your sale.
How late can I book same-day delivery?
ASAP runs until 8 PM. Scheduled speeds pick up from 8 AM, at least 30 minutes after you book, and End of day delivers by 8 PM. You can also book up to 14 days ahead.
Do you offer same-day delivery in my area?

Can my shop offer same-day delivery like Walmart or Costco?
Yes. Big retailers run their own same-day delivery programs. deliv gives an independent shop the same option without a fleet or a contract: book a driver when you need one, see the price first, and your customer gets it today with your name on the tracking.
Do I need my own delivery drivers?
No. deliv books drivers as you need them, so you skip the payroll, the vehicle and the sick days.
