For shops that send a run every day: one pickup, a route of drop-offs, one driver. Upload the stops as a CSV and the route is priced by your weekly volume.
Volume ranges are a guide, not a cap. You pick the plan, and if another one would cost you less, we let you know. Nothing changes on your bill without you.

Standard or Guaranteed
2 hour, 4 hour and End of day come two ways. Standard is our best price. Guaranteed costs a little more and pays you back if we miss the window. Pickups start at 8 AM, at least 30 minutes after you book, and you can schedule up to 14 days ahead.
What moves the price
Distance, lead time, the speed you pick, and the vehicle size (car, SUV, van or box truck). Your plan lowers the price of every delivery.

Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. You pay your plan fee, if any, and the price of each delivery. deliv takes no percentage of your order value on any plan.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Plans are month to month with no setup fee. Start on On-Demand with nothing monthly and move up when the volume makes it cheaper.
How much does same-day delivery cost?
It depends on distance, lead time, the speed you pick and the vehicle size. You see the exact price for each speed before you book, a deliv Prime plan lowers it, and there is never a commission on your sale.
Can I change plans?
Anytime, from Billing in your account. If another plan would save you money based on your deliveries, we let you know.
What happens if a delivery is late?
You hear from us fast with a Delay Notice. Guaranteed deliveries that miss their window earn a refund automatically: 15%, 20%, 50% or 100% of the delivery price, depending on how late. ASAP deliveries get the same refund when checkout shows an On-time credit.
